Polyurethane 250 VOC is a two-component, low viscosity acrylic urethane formulated as a lower VOC alternative to the standard Polyurethane 250. This product is designed as a primer and sealer for a variety of surfaces, offering excellent penetration and adhesion to minimally profiled concrete. Polyurethane 250 VOC is U.V. stable for exterior use, cures quickly, and is easily recoated with both solvent-based and water-based polyurethanes. When used as a finish coat, it provides a hard, high gloss surface with excellent stain resistance and easy cleanability. A satin finish is available for those desiring a lower gloss.
