How to Use:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of waxes, coatings, or previous sealers.

   • Read the safety data sheet thoroughly before use.

2. Application:

   • Apply MB-24 Barrier liberally and evenly using a lambswool applicator, paintbrush, low-pressure sprayer, or spray bottle.

   • Allow the sealer to soak into the surface for up to 30 minutes, redistributing it to prevent drying.

3. Absorption Check:

   • If the sealer absorbs in under 10 minutes, apply additional coats until it remains wet for at least 15 minutes.

   • Do not allow excess sealer to dry on the surface.

4. Removal:

   • After 20 minutes, remove all excess sealer and residue with a dry cloth or towel.

   • For dried residue, apply a light coat of sealer to the affected area and buff it off with a clean cloth.

5. Sectional Application:

   • Work in manageable sections (7 C8 linear feet for countertops, 50 C100 sq ft for floors).

   • Complete one section before moving to the next, overlapping as needed.

6. Curing:

   • Allow the sealer to fully cure for 24 C36 hours for maximum stain protection.
